The Accommodation is in an excellent location situated close to Greenacres Hospital. The rooms were very well appointed, security was good and parking was off street. The hosts were extremely friendly and I would definitely stay there again.
We were there one night.

Excellent location for our needs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to others. However it must be noted that should you need to use the braai and bar facilities you need to warn the host ahead of time.
Ascot Place is very central and close to GreenAcres Hospital. Safe parking. Good night's rest. Host and hostess are very friendly.
Andre and Megan are friendly and attentive hosts and Andre cooks up a mean breakfast! Ascot Place is very well located for Greenacres Hospital, other medical facilities and a large shopping mall.
I was very kindly welcomed and had a lovely night's sleep in a very nice and clean room and bathroom. If I have to stay overnight in PE again I will definitely go back to Ascot Place.
Ascot Place is value for money.
Helpfulness, hospitality together with clean and tidy facilities can be attributed to the B&B. In my case, I wear medical stockings that I have to put on every morning, but I need help to do it. The hostess went out of her way to be helpful, I can't thank her enough.
